Garlic mayo (the thick stuff)

Hi all.

So I've been looking all over youtube and google to find out how to make the same kind of garlic mayo you would find in a traditional English chip shop, the thick white stuff. But i can't seem to find any recipes for the kind I'm after. If anyone does know, please help!
