Ingredients:
1 Pound of ground beef
1 Onion
2 Cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Box of Medium Pasta Shells
Salt and Pepper
Ketchup (Optional on the finished product, not in the actual process)
Cooking Instructions:
First: Heat up a medium sized pan, put a little oil in, and brown the ground beef. While this is going on, put on a pot of water to boil for the shells, boil them for however long it says on the box.
Second: Once the beef if done, move to a large mixing bowl and begin cooking 1 chopped onion in the fat from the beef.
Third: Move the onions once they’re browned into the mixing bowl as well. The shells should be about done so check and then strain and add to the bowl. Open the 2 cans of Cream of mushroom soup and put this in the bowl as well.
Last: Combine all prior ingredients with a little salt and pepper and you’ve got yourself a cheap meal that feeds 2 people for 2-3 days.
I personally like to put ketchup in mine but it is by no means required.
