Add milk, eggs, salt , and small flaked fresh grinded pepper(be very generous unless you like sweet eggs), add about a tsp of brown sugar per 2 eggs and a pinch of sugar at the end. Mix all up then add a few drops of Vanilla extract per egg (most important part) and mix up again. Then begin cooking, I like to add a little more pepper in big flakes as it cooks. Most of this is eyeballed and I normally don’t actually measure anything for this but everyone that’s ever had my eggs has said they’re the best they’ve had, I figured I’d share and provide one more thing to smile about during quarantine
