Replacing condensed milk in ice cream

Hi everyone, I’m trying to make homemade ice cream as healthy as possible. I’m good with replacing sugar with stevia, but a lot of recipes mention condensed milk. I know condensed milk helps to add that creamy texture, but even the light version of condensed milk is so high in sugar! What can I replace it for? Thank you
