Self rising flour recipes?

I bought self rising flour for a recipe a while back, but I mostly use all purpose flour so now I have a sack of self rising that needs to be used up.

I’ve been trying to find maybe pancake or waffle recipes to use it up but haven’t had luck finding a good simple one.

Does anyone have self rising flour pancake or waffle recipes they recommend? Any other recipes involving self rising flour is also appreciated!!
