I must confess, I love the Zuppa Toscana from Olive Garden (yeah, yeah, I know... Olive Garden) , and would like to be able to replicate it at home.

Can anyone suggest tweaks or alterations? A different recipe? Anything that people have tried that made a similar soup taste better?
