A friend from Portugal sent me a recipe and the translation is off

My Portuguese pen pal sent me a recipe in English, and it doesn’t exactly make sense? It asks for 150g of “cornstarch flour”. Is that a thing? It’s for a pie similar to a pastel de nata, if that helps.
