This may be a trivial question for some but I'm not as experienced with making American food so it is not as self-esplainatory for me. I also really would like to make bread that is as close to exact in taste as Ruby's bread for their BLTA as possible.
I read that the bread in Ruby's recipe for their deluxe BLTA is "golden-grilled parmesan" infused. How can I prepare sour dough bread so that it contains the same richness in flavour as in this diner?
