So I'll start this by saying I'm a pretty great cook. I know how to cook eggs practically every way possible (although I'm not a fan of some), but I'm looking for some out of the box ideas for what to do with some. We were given 3 dozen fresh (from the chicken) eggs and have got a costco sized package as well.
Anyone got any suggestions for interesting recipes that call for plenty of eggs? I normally eat 4 eggs, scrambled, or possibly fried every couple days, but I've been doing that a lot lately so am looking for new uses. Suggestions? Preferably, I'd like to use them for a meat based dish, as I've got ground beef and chicken tenderloins in the freezer.
