I am obsessed with Crab and Spinach soup you can find at Thai/Japanese restaurants. I cite both Thai/Japanese since every restaurant (that I have been to) actually serves both. For the life of me, I cannot find a recipe anywhere for this soup. It uses imitation crab sticks and spinach and has a dark broth. If anyone knows of a recipe for this soup, please share.
