Head chef insists on me making raspberry lemonade his way even though 99% of our customers hate it, can someone please help me fix the recipe? X-post r/food

At the small food store i work at we sell a raspberry lemonade with a recipe our prideful head chef has used for years. It is extremely sour and after having to give dozens of refunds i finally insisted that we give samples first. Now that we give samples we sell virtually 0 lemonade, except to the occasional super old person whose taste buds i assume have long died off. Yet our chef is far too prideful to admit he is ever wrong, despite how much lemonade we spoil each day, and our owner literally doesn't give half a shit. Someone PLEASE help me fix this recipe, if it starts selling more then maybe i can knock sense into our chef. Current recipe:

2 quarts pure lemon juice

6 quarts water

5oz of Truvia

1 pint of fresh raspberries

Any help is greatly appreciated

bon appetit
