So, a girl I'm seeing is coming back from a week long conference on Sunday and I'd really like to cook for her because we'll be staying in and she'll be absolutely shattered. However, there are three issues, firstly, she has no oven, so anything that requires that is off the cards, secondly, it might be fairly late in the evening, so I want to keep it light, and lastly, she's half jewish, so doesn't eat pork, or shellfish etc.
I'm doing a bit or research myself now, but if anyone has any interesting recipe ideas, I'd absolutely love to hear them.
