Hey guys, I stopped by a food drive yesterday and received over 2 pounds of fresh broccoli. I'd like to use it as soon as possible to keep it from going bad. Does anybody have a good recipe for a main dish involving broccoli? I've got an Instant Pot as well, so recipes using that are welcome as well.
