CUBAN STYLE SANDWICH WITH TEQUILA FLAVORED CHICKEN

NYC VIDEOS - TASTY RECIPE | CUBAN STYLE SANDWICH WITH TEQUILA FLAVORED CHICKEN

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr chicken fillets

  • 60 ml tequila

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp chilly flakes

  • 1 tbsp cumin

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

  • 2 slices ham

  • 30 gr butter

  • Mild mustard

  • Pickled jerkins sliced

  • Bread loaf

Preparation:

  1. Slice the chicken and sauté in olive oil

  2. Pour tequila and wait for the alcohol to evaporate

  3. Trim it and add paprika, chilly flakes, cumin, olive oil, salt and pepper

  4. Remove the edges from the bread loaf and cut it lengthwise

  5. Put 10 gr butter in a pan. Wait for the butter to melt and toast the bread in mid-low heat

  6. When it’s crusty, turn around and spread 2 tbsp mustard on both slices

  7. Place some pickled jerkins and then put 2 slices of cheese and one slice of ham on each slice

  8. Put the chicken on one slice and put the other slice on top

  9. Add 10 gr butter in the pan and place a heavy object on top of the sandwich. Cook in medium heat until it’s crusty

  10. Turn upside down and repeat
