2 years ago for Christmas i made a stuffed beef tenderloin and i have no idea what i did with the recipe or where i even got it. It was a tenderloin with pancetta, mushrooms etc I think I also put lobster in it but I'm not sure if that was part of the recipe or an adaptation. There was a sauce that accompanied it as well. This is a shot in the dark, but if anyone know of the recipe or can point me in the direction of something similar please let me know, my Mom wants me to cook it for Christmas again.
