White Chocolate & Strawberry Pudding

White chocolate & strawberry are a perfect combination for desserts. The flavours complement each other so beautifully. Add in some custard and you usually get an amazing decadent dessert. This dessert is super simple to make and uses only 4 ingredients. The croissants are roughly torn and coated in raspberry jam. They are then sprinkled with white chocolate and topped with vanilla custard. Finally baked in the oven to rich pudding texture. This is fantastic dessert for those cold winter evenings. However, with melted white chocolate & vanilla custard it is fantastic any time of year. Desserts don’t get much easier.

Ingredients:
• 4 Croissants
• Strawberry Jam
• 120 g White Chocolate coarsely chopped
• 500 g Vanilla Custard

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat a fan forced oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Tear each croissant into 3 pieces and arrange in a baking dish.
3. Liberally spread strawberry jam over the croissant pieces.
4. Sprinkle white chocolate over the croissants.
5. Pour custard over the top.
6. Place in oven and cook for about 20 minutes or until top is golden and the custard is heated through.
7. Serve with ice cream.
