Not my blog, just made the recipe. I don't have espresso powder so I used two tsp instant coffee, and I suspect any differences there to be negligible.

made my own icing though because i lacked the ingredients for my normal go-to, buttercream. no butter. so i gave my first try at ganache. substituted half & half bc tfw no heavy cream. unsweetened chocolate so add some C12H22O11 to the half & half. add a dash of rum over the cut up chocolate bc why not
