Cinnamon Bonuts with Lemon Mascarpone Cream (Biscuit Love)

For those of you who love the BONUTS at Biscuit Love, you can now make them at home.

Ingredients: *1 package Pillsbury biscuit originals *Powdered sugar *Cinnamon *oil for frying *8 oz. Mascarpone cheese *¼ c. sugar *1 tsp. lemon extract *2 c. heavy whipping cream

Directions: *1. Combine all Mascarpone Cream ingredients and mix until it's thick like a whip cream thickness. *2. open biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into two parts. Roll into balls. *3. fry in a skillet of 1/2 hot oil (approx 350F). fry each side until entire donut is golden brown. *4. dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon *5. top with lemon Mascarpone and serve over blackberry jam or preserves.
