Comté and Mushroom Blobs Recipe

Preperation time: 35 minutes Cooking time: Depends on the size of your frying pan but if done in batches then it takes around 10-15 minutes Serves: This makes around 30 small blobs, so the perfect treats for a large group!

Ingredients for Comté and Mushroom Blobs:

100g large mushrooms 220-300g of Comté cheese. Grate most of this but keep some to cut up into small cubes. 800g white potatoes 1 tablespoon of butter 1 large glug of milk 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 tub of of breadcrumbs, approx 230g 2 large eggs Start by peeling and cutting the potatoes into half. Then allow them to boil in some salted water.

This is a really simple recipe to make a batch of delicious party snacks and the cheese just ooooozes out. The process is pretty simple but laid out as picture instructions here: http://ift.tt/251Uot1

Anyone got any ideas of good substitutes? I'm thinking cheese, ham and pineapple balls/blobs would be pretty good.

bon appetit
