Missing Real Chinese Food - How to Make it Myself?

Hi everyone. I just spent a month in China (Beijing and Shanghai) and absolutely loved the food. The vegetarian options, the tofu, the baozi. I miss it all and would love to learn how to cook some of those real authentic dishes. Does anyone have any family dishes they'd like to share or a website they go to for real Chinese dishes?
