As a post-finals treat a buddy and I want to make a sushi feast for ourselves. I haven't made sushi in a few years, and even then the contents were nothing exciting. I'm looking for a bunch of different recipes/ingredient combos to try, and we're up for anything - give me your favorites!
There are 3 Asian groceries within 10 minutes of his house and two have fish counters (one with a specific section for sushi-grade fish, the other with a bigger focus on shellfish and whole fish), so we should be able to find any exotic ingredients we need. Any tips on constructing and rolling would also be appreciated since it's been so long :)
