For those of you who love the BONUTS at Biscuit Love, you can now make them at home.
Ingredients:
Bonuts
1 package Pillsbury biscuit originals Powdered sugar Cinnamon oil for frying
Lemon Mascarpone
8 oz. Mascarpone cheese ¼ c. sugar 1 tsp. lemon extract 2 c. heavy whipping cream
Directions: 1. Combine all Mascarpone Cream ingredients and mix until it's thick like a whip cream thickness. 2. open biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into two parts. Roll into balls. 3. fry in a skillet of 1/2 hot oil (approx 350F). fry each side until entire donut is golden brown. 4. dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon 5. top with lemon Mascarpone and serve over blackberry jam or preserves.
