Hello there, first time poster. I'm considering trying TurDuckHen this year for Thanksgiving or Christmas. I've been perusing recipes, but if anyone has any experiences, positive or negative, or best practices, tips, tricks, etc. I'd love the help! I want it to be as close to 100% homemade as possible, so please don't refer me to "just buy it" sites, thank you.
