My neighbors just gave me some fresh tomatoes from their garden straight from their garden (we've gotten cucumber, lettuce, and jalapeños from them before too- so yummy).
What are some smaller recipes I could utilize them in? We aren't always huge fans of just raw tomatoes, so what would be the best ways to utilize them?
For reference, they gave us: 4 standard red (just over 1 pound) 1 heirloom (softball sized) about half a dozen of (what I believe are) sun golds
Any ideas are super appreciated!! :)
