So I saw a gif yesterday and forgot to save it. I've been looking from /r/recipegifs but can't find it. It was really simple and I think I remember most of it:
Put a skillet in the oven and preheat to 450.
Meanwhile whisk two eggs, add 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of flour (and salt, maybe?) and stir until it's mixed.
When the oven has been on for 20 minutes take the skillet out, slap some butter in it and pour the mixture in. Put it back in the oven for maybe 10 minutes.
It rose quite a bit in the oven, like a souffle but not really. Can someone point me to the right direction?
