Okay! I asked my mom, I googled for two days and no go! What I am looking for is a childhood dessert, as best described my aunt would puree berries and make it into this heavenly creamy, soft thing. It was the texture and constancy of creme brulee or custard. It was NOT mousse. There was no berries whole, just the juice used. It would stay perfectly in shape too, she could cut it and place it in a plate without it falling apart. I am Mexican, from Morelia if that helps at all
I'm trying to see if anyone knows something close to what I am describing.
