So I'm a college student that suffers from severe study munchies most nights. Popcorn and ramen are ok, but Im looking for a recipe I can make on a Monday, put in the fridge and enjoy cold for a few nights out of the week.
I like to cook and to challenge myself, so difficulty doesn't phase me so much. I'm also a pretty big health nut that loves vegitables. I also don't mind spending a bit of money Iif I know Im eating well.
