Atypical Christmas dinner recipes?

Hello, r/recipes! I’m sick of the same old turkey/ham for Xmas dinner, so I’m looking to try a new recipe! Only caveat is that I don’t want to use beef. My in-laws make Tri tip every year for Xmas eve, and beef disagrees with my wife if she eats it too frequently.

We love chicken, seafood, and pasta. I would even use turkey or ham as long as it wasn’t a typical roast recipe.

Please help! And thanks!
