TASTY RECIPE | CHICKEN WITH ARTICHOKE & MUSTARD
Ingredients:

250 gr chicken fillet

150 gr baby artichoke hearts

3 garlic cloves
-
2 tbsp mild mustard
-
100 ml dry white wine
-
200 ml whipping cream
-
4 tbsp chopped dill
-
5-6 drops lemon juice
-
3 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt & pepper
Preparation:
1) Cut the chicken in pieces, halve the artichoke and chop the garlic.
2) Sauté the chicken with olive oil and then add the artichoke and the garlic. Cook for a minute on high heat.
3) Add the mustard and cook for one more minute.
4) Pour the wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate.
5) Pour the whipping cream and bring to the boil.
6) When the sauce thickens add the dill, the lemon juice, salt & pepper.
7) Simmer for 1 min and serve.
