I make a pasta or grain salad just about weekly that I eat for lunch for the week. It's the dressing that really makes the salad for me, and I'm getting a bit bored of my go-to dressing recipes (Italian, Greek, Asian). What pasta or grain salad dressing recipes have I not tried? It doesn't need to be regional, but I'm not oppised to that at all. I can buy the ingredients that I think will match the dressing. Just looking for something unique to me.
