[Request] what are some easy Christmas cookie recipes that are a bit different than the usual?

I've already made sugar cookies, snickerdoodles, oatmeal, peanut butter, and oatmeal peanut butter. What are some of your favorite Christmas cookie recipes that don't include half a dozen weird ingredients?

I was thinking of white chocolate cranberry next. Any other ideas would be welcome!
