My girlfriend is very conscious about calorie amount, and isn't eating enough. However, if i make her something without a calorie amount on it, she is much more likely to eat it. What are some "snack" recipes I can make and put in a ziplock bag to bring to school?

Title says it all. She fails to realize that she needs to eat more, so I'm taking it into my own hands a little. The recipes need to be kinda easy/cheap. Even just a smashed up combo of two things will work (for today, i didnt have much in the pantry so i just put together some cereal and some graham crackers, which tasted pretty good). She is also lactose intolerant, so there is a slight limitation. Anything i can make for her?
