[request] What to do with strong crab / fish / prawns stock?

Yesterday we got some quick access to some crab claws, a red trout (I think), some large prawns and a few squid. Because we had to leave really quickly I threw it in a slowcooker with some whine, garlic, tomato cubes and unions.

So some really strong stock was the result (after I filtered it), I kept all the "fishy" parts, as I do not have a easy way to crack the crabs I was wondering what kind of dish could be made with this stock?
