Pickled cukes and other stuff in my Instant Pot without paralyzing myself?

I know the USDA dwsnt recommend the instant pots for canning, but what about pickeling? I have a bunch of peppers and cucumbers coming ripe that I want to pickled, are there any recipes out there for that?
