Looking for fish recipes for someone who doesn’t like fish

I’ve always been a little put off by fish. But I’m interested in trying to work it into my diet, for the health benefits. I believe I could learn to like it.

  1. No canned tuna.
  2. Nothing deep fried.
  3. The healthier the better. Omega 3s and whatnot. Definitely more interested in whatever fish have the most nutritional value.
  4. But also less of a fishy taste if possible.
