The best dip for Ruffles.

This is my crack. The process is ugly but the result is godly.

Ingredients

  • 2 bricks of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, warmed.
  • 4 Wyler's Beef Bouillon cubes
  • Yellow Onion

Process

  • Using a handmixer and a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft.

  • Grate about 1-2 tblsp. of yellow onion into the bowl (Yes, grate. Think applesauce consistency).

  • Place the beef cubes in a mug with 2 tblsp water, cover with paper towel, and microwave for 20 second intervals, stirring/breaking down in between, until fully liquid. Pour into bowl.

  • Beat the entire mixture again until uniform.

  • Transfer to Tupperware and store in fridge overnight. Serve with Ruffles or Pretzels.
