I'll have more chilis from my balcony than I'll be able to handle within the next few weeks and I am looking for a recipe to turn them into jam/butter/jelly. There are plenty of recipes online but since I have never made any kind of jam before, I can't tell if it is a "good" recipe by just reading it. (Something that I am usually able to do with regards to cooking).
I'd be really thankful for any recommendations/links to good recipes for a spicy jam. It could also be tomato-based or based on peppers.. I'm pretty open to any suggestion. Thank you very much in advance.
