Help finding a specific recipe?

So for dinner I wanted a specific dish. I can see it in my head but I don't actually know if it exists.

It's a dough rolled up around ground beef or chip steak, with a white sauce. Possibly a bechamel. It was really shiny on top, brushed with an egg wash before being baked.

But is this a real dish or is this just some food my brain "cooked up"?
