Recipe For Delicious Choco Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

· 2 cups Bob's Red Mill Super Fine almond flour

· 1/4 teaspoon salt

· 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

· 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled

· 1/4 cup honey (or pure maple syrup)

· 3 large eggs, room temperature

· 1 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract(I use Rodelle )

· 1/2 cup gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate chips (or cocoa nibs)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat broiler to 350°F (180°C). Line a cupcake dish with 12 paper liners; put aside.

  2. In an expansive blending dish, whisk almond flour, salt, and preparing pop.

  3. Add coconut oil, nectar, eggs, and vanilla concentrate and blend until the point when all around joined.

  4. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  5. Spoon hitter equitably into your paper liners.

  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the point that the inside is set.

  7. Remove from the stove and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
