I'm a medical student on a budget so I've been making a lot of chicken, pork chops, ground beef, and cheap fish (only salmon & tilapia, other cheap suggestions welcome) for my bf and I for dinner... it's getting a bit boring working with the same 4-5 proteins on a weekly basis and I was hoping to switch it up a bit.
Any ideas on new proteins I could try working with without breaking my bank?
