White Chocolate Butterscotch and Walnut Fudge

Ingredients

  1. 4 C Sugar
  2. 1/2 C Unsalted Butter
  3. 1 C Milk
  4. 12 oz White Chocolate Chips
  5. 10 oz mini Marshmallows
  6. 1 C Chopped Walnuts
  7. 2 Tbsp Butterscotch Flavoring

Instructions

  1. In a big pot over medium heat add sugar, milk, butterscotch flavoring and butter.
  2. Bring to a boil and boil for 8 minutes
  3. Take off of heat and stir in white chocolate chips and marshmallows until smooth
  4. Stir in Walnuts
  5. Pour into a 9 X 13 lightly greases cake pan
  6. Let cool in refrigerator until solid about 1 to 2 hours
  7. Cut into squares and serve
