Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • Sweet Potato
  • salt and/or pepper, or whatever seasoning you prefer

Directions

  1. Slice the sweet potato (I use a vegetable slicer because it's easy, but i'm sure you could do it with a knife.)
  2. Microwave (don't hate) for 5 minutes on piece of paper towel.
  3. Watch it so it doesn't burn.
  4. Check for crispiness. When it feels dry, it's done.
  5. Let it cool for a minute.

Note: You can use a regular potato instead of the sweet potato.
