Looking for an old Better Homes & Gardens cheese & spinach stuffed crepe recipe. Help?

I know this is a longshot, but I'm kind of desperate. If this isn't allowed, I apologize.

I'm trying to find a Better Homes & Garden cheese and spinach stuffed crepe recipe. I found it originally in an anniversary edition of the cookbook. It was in a section with recipes throughout the decades.

I know it had 4 cheeses, a sauce, spinach, and handmade crepes. For the life of me I can't find it, and I don't remember all of the ingredients.

If someone reading this happens to have it, could you post it for me? I'd be forever grateful.
