Yes, really.
tl;dr: Friends are on a remote island and have run out of wheat flour. They won't be getting a resupply until next spring and I want to help them eat bread and pizza. Looking for recipes that can work with ONLY rice or instant potato flakes as the main ingredient.
I volunteered last year with a conservation NGO that does seabird habitat restoration work on a remote Pacific island, and this year I've stayed in contact with them. Communications are very limited (no internet, only occasional emails from a satellite phone) and I've been sending them news and recipes from the outside world. Unfortunately, they brought less all-purpose flour than they thought they needed to, and have run out-- and transport to this island is VERY limited. They won't be getting any chances to resupply until the next boat goes out there in March or April of 2019. They do have rice and instant potatoes, so I think they could make flatbread or potato bread, but the only recipes I can find through google always have all-purpose flour as the main ingredient... which they don't really have anymore. Of course a bread without flour isn't going to be great, but they could use it as a pizza dough or flatbread, and it'd be better than nothing. Help!
bon appetit
