I wanna make butter chicken my signature dish, give me some pointer as to how i can improve my recipe!

I think the one i make now is pretty good, but everything can be done better!

This is the recipe i use now: How can i improve it?

For the chicken marinade:

500g chicken

1tbsp chili powder

1tbsp salt

a bit of pepper

2tbsp garlig/ginger paste.

For the gravy:

4 tomatoes

1 red onions

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp kasoori methi

1 tsp garam masala

2 tbsp (a bit less) sugar

1 tbsp chilli powder

5 tbsp butter

3 tbsp cream

1.5 tbsp White Vinegar

Salt to taste
