Hey everybody, I am looking for a good recipe for an asian-style soup. My wife is sick and shes asking for some. I saw one for oxtail soup that looked amazing but it required a bunch of ingredients I can't get where I'm at currently. I was hoping someone has a great soup recipe that's not too difficult or time consuming. I am also up for recipes for things like Caldo de Costilla, etc.
I don't generally like chicken in my soup, but if you've got a great recipe that uses chicken, I will take it.
