I’m making a salad and salad dressing for my family Christmas dinner and the main ingredient of the salad dressing is avocado. I want to make the salad dressing early so I don’t have to rush and do it in the morning but I don’t want the dressing to go brown. Will lime juice stop it from going brown?
The ingredients for the dressing are avocado, water, olive oil, lime juice, cumin, salt and pepper.
Sorry if it seems really obvious I’m a bit ignorant in the ways of food prep.
