Recipe Request: Shoyu/Miso Ramen

I'm looking for a relatively easy recipe to make for a beginner ramen maker. I'm open to professional or amatuer recipes. I'm not big on pork or seafood based broths I prefer chicken or veggie/miso based ones.

PS: I was doing some research and it looks like the ideal types of ramen for me are Hakodate or Tokyo style!
