I tried out this recipe for masala chai tea earlier nd it tastes delicious. It reminds me of drinking chai tea from a tiny clay cup while pulled up in a tuk tuk on the roadside in Varanasi, India back in 2016.
Chai tea is such a comforting drink; I love the fragrant aroma and the warm, spicy tones. I normally use a shop-bought powder, but this stuff tastes miles better and it doesn't even take more than 20 minutes to prepare in all.
