So I am trying to find the recipe for the salad dressing that my nearby Japanese restaurant has. Can anyone help me?

The restaurant is Daruma Japanese Steakhouse and the dressing is colored blue. I’m not well aquatinted with recipes so I could use some help. When I looked it up the only results came from other Japanese restaurants and their dressing is orange and ginger. My mom thinks this is fish sauce but my father thinks it’s ginger
